Using these tools

These resources are here to give you something practical to explore in your own time. Some are exercises you can try when you're feeling overwhelmed or stuck, while others can help you understand patterns in how you think, feel or communicate.

You don't need to work through everything or use them in any particular order. Have a look around, take what feels useful and leave what doesn't.

Self-help and counselling

Sometimes a useful idea, exercise or different way of looking at something can help you make sense of what's going on. Sometimes, it can be helpful to explore things with someone else.

These tools aren't a replacement for professional support where that's needed, but they can sit alongside it. Some I may introduce to sessions if we both feel they'd be useful - but you're welcome to use them without working with me.

If you're curious about working together, I'd love to hear from you. We can start with a free 15-20 minute introductory call to see if it feels like the right fit.
