Maybe something from the past is still affecting you. Perhaps you're overwhelmed, anxious, or feeling a little bit stuck!
You might be trying to understand your identity or neurodivergence, or wondering why things that seem easy for other people feel so difficult.
Or maybe you just can't quite explain what's wrong - you just know that something doesn't feel right.
You don't need to know exactly what you need from counselling.
We can work that out together.
Hey! I’m Danny, a person-centred therapist offering Counselling in East Kilbride, with services also offered outdoors and online.
I believe counselling is a relationship built on trust, empathy and curiosity. My role isn't to tell you what's wrong - it's to walk alongside you while you explore, make sense of things and discover what matters to you.
I work with people from all walks of life, including many who are neurodivergent, have experienced trauma, or are navigating big changes and challenges.
If you’d like any more information, please feel free to get in touch!

At McGill Counselling I provide a safe, nurturing environment which aids self-discovery and growth. This enables you to discover your own strength and builds autonomy and resilience long after your therapy sessions have ended. See how our previous clients have experienced this below.
