Get in touch
Thinking about counselling, have a question or want to arrange an introductory call? Get in touch and we can take it from there.
Let's talk
You don't need to know exactly what you're looking for before getting in touch. You can ask me a question, tell me a little about what's going on or simply say that you're interested in counselling.
All new clients have a free 15–20 minute introductory call before booking their first session. It's an informal chat where we can talk a little about what has brought you to counselling, you can ask me any questions and we can get a sense of whether working together feels like a good fit.
There's no obligation to book a counselling session afterwards.
I don't provide a crisis service and may not be able to respond immediately. If you need urgent support, you can contact NHS 24 on 111, Samaritans on 116 123 or Breathing Space on 0800 83 85 87. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 999 or go to A&E.

Getting here
My counselling room is in East Kilbride. If you're coming for face-to-face counselling, I'll send you everything you need before your first session.
Address
McGill Counselling
4 Easdale
East Kilbride
G74 2EB
Parking
There aren't any dedicated spaces, but there is free street and bay parking nearby.
Accessibility
The counselling room is on the ground floor and there are no steps into the property. Unfortunately, the doorways aren't wide enough to accommodate a wheelchair. If this would make attending in person difficult, we can look at whether online counselling might work better for you.
Arriving for your session
There's no need to arrive early. Coming to the door at your appointment time is perfect.
