As a person-centred counsellor, I work with you as an individual on anything you feel like bringing each week. I am particularly experienced in working with the below areas:

  • Grief and Loss: Bereavement counselling offers safe space to process your emotions and find a path to healing after the loss of a loved one or a significant change in your circumstances.

This means that your needs and experiences are the primary focus of all our sessions. This caring ,  non-directive method empowers you to lead the way in your healing journey, helping you find your own solutions and develop a stronger sense of self.
