My own lived-experience with mental health has deeply influenced how I approach counselling and therapy. The good experiences I had of therapy inspired me to become a therapist who always listens to his client's unique, individual experiences with an open heart and open mind. I learned from some less helpful experiences too. At McGill Counselling, I understand how daunting it can be when you're first thinking about coming to see a counsellor! I try to keep all of this in mind every time I am working with a client whether that is through
individual counselling,
online counselling, or
outdoor therapy. I am currently able to offer counselling in
East Kilbride and
Coatbridge from private therapy rooms as well as online through MS Teams or Zoom platforms. I can also offer
walk and talk counselling in Calderglen Country Park and Drumpellier Country Park.

- Acceptance: I’ll provide a space where you feel accepted and valued, no matter what you’re dealing with.
- Authenticity: I’ll be open and genuine in our sessions, helping to build trust between us. your own way.
